1. General
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of BulkAcc.co (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any purchase you make through the website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
2. Products & delivery
We sell digital accounts (email accounts, social media accounts, and related products) as described on each product page. Product details shown — including account age, region, and included features — are provided to the best of our knowledge. After your payment is confirmed, your order is processed and the account credentials are delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is normally completed shortly after payment confirmation; in rare cases it may take longer, and we will keep you informed. It is your responsibility to provide a correct, working email address.
3. Payments
We accept cryptocurrency payments as shown at checkout. Prices are listed in USD. Your order is only processed after the payment is confirmed on the network. Any network or transaction fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Refunds & replacements
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final. However, if an account you received does not work as described (for example, invalid login credentials), contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and we will replace the account or, at our discretion, refund that item. Replacement requests must include a clear description of the problem; we may ask for a screenshot. Accounts that stop working due to misuse, violation of the platform’s own rules, or password changes made by you are not eligible for replacement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use purchased accounts only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of service of the respective platforms. You must not use our products for spam, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or any other illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is violating these Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, arising from the use of our products — including account suspensions or bans imposed by third-party platforms, which are outside our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
